The French Connection…Zayani Motors Sponsors French Stage Play

Zayani Motors, the authorized dealers of Peugeot in the kingdom of Bahrain recently sponsored the French comedy-thriller stage play ‘8 Femmes’ (8 Women) that was held on the 26th and 27th of March, 2010 at Alliance Francaise in isa Town.

 Organized by the amateur French theater company French Touch in association with Alliance Francaise, this Robert Thomas’ comedy-thriller owes its fame to the 2002 film directed by Francois Ozon. The project brought together a group of ladies whose aim was to present a quality French language production to an international group of keen French enthusiasts in Bahrain in the atmosphere of a Parisian café theatre.

 During the 2-day event Zayani Motors had a display of some of their latest Peugeot models, where visitors could enquire and be informed about the same.

 ‘Since the inception of our Peugeot showroom, Zayani Motors has been participating in a range of social and cultural activities that aims at promoting French culture in the kingdom,’ said Marketing Manager Jimmy Chamata.

Profits from the show were donated to Aisha Yateem Family Counseling Centre; a rehabilitation centre that was formed in 2007 to aid battered women and protect families from social, psychological and legal problems.
